From family kitchens in Vietnam to the heart of Ashburn. A tradition of flavor, service, and community.

Viet Fire Kitchen was founded by Quach Thi, a proud U.S. military veteran whose journey began in a small kitchen in Vietnam, learning family recipes passed down through generations. After serving his country, Quach brought his passion for Vietnamese cuisine to Loudoun County with a simple mission: share the bold, comforting flavors of his homeland with his new community.
What started as a dream became a reality in July 2021 when Viet Fire Kitchen opened its doors on Waxpool Road. The name reflects the heart of Vietnamese cooking: the fire of a hot wok, the warmth of a simmering broth, and the fire of passion that goes into every dish.
Today, Viet Fire Kitchen serves the Ashburn community with the same dedication that defined Quach's military service. Every bowl of pho, every spring roll, every banh mi tells a story of tradition, resilience, and the enduring power of food to bring people together.
The principles that guide everything we do, from sourcing ingredients to serving our guests.
We source the freshest produce, meats, and herbs daily. No shortcuts, no compromises. Every ingredient is chosen with care.
Our recipes are treasured family heirlooms, passed down through generations. Each dish carries the taste of home.
We believe restaurants are gathering places. Viet Fire Kitchen is proud to serve, support, and grow with Ashburn.

Vietnamese cuisine is built on balance: spicy and mild, salty and sweet, crunchy and silky. At Viet Fire Kitchen, we honor that balance in every dish. Our broths simmer for hours. Our herbs are hand-picked. Our fish sauce comes from the source.
As a veteran-owned business, we operate with discipline, consistency, and respect. Every guest is welcomed like family. Every plate is served with pride.
